Life & Family
Hello my name is Sophie, I own and run Go Green Dog Walking. I live with my husband Ned and our two beautiful twin boys - who also love animals, especially dogs! My children are one of my main reasons for creating a sustainable way of life, which includes my work life.
Dog walking has always been a dream of mine and I am now lucky enough to be in the job I absolutely love and look forward to everyday! Working outdoors, with dogs - I mean, what is there not to love?!
I really look forward to getting to know each and every one of my customers and their furry family members.

Your dog's happiness and welfare is my priority. I think it important to get to know your dog and build rapport and trust before I take them for walks - this is why I will always offer a meet and greet before hand.
I put time and thought into ensuring variation, fun, stimulation and safety into every walk. My eco-friendly business ensures that the only footprint our walks leave behind are those left in the mud.
Experience
I have always felt a love for our furry friends, growing up surrounded by dogs is one of my happiest childhood memories, and I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to spend my 'working' life with them too.
Qualifications
I have completed a Canine First Aid Diploma, as well as Canine Behavioural Course. With both of these qualifications you can trust your dog is in safe hands. I am happy to provide a copy of these qualifications upon request.
My passion for dogs ensures that I am always keeping up with the most up-to-date guidance and research.
The Van
We have a 100% electric Renault Kangoo van to transport your dogs a short distance to their walk. It has been fully customised by a company that specialises in bespoke dog transportation van conversion - with integrated crates and motorised roof ventilation to ensure your dogs travel in maximum comfort. We even play soft classical music as it is shown to calm dogs (and humans!) - if you ever see me, please give me a wave!
